Applying to Holy Cross

Is your student CURRENTLY ENROLLED? STOP! You do not need to apply. Once re-enrollment is open, you will be able to access the re-enrollment process through ParentsWeb.
- Create an application account ONLY if you would like to apply to Holy Cross for a NEW student.
Step 1. Schedule a tour of our campus and/or participate in an Open House event.
To schedule your tour, please contact the Director of Enrollment.
- Applying is easy using our Online Application. Applying online simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted.
- To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After Submitting the Application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
Step 3. Financial Assistance: During the application process to Holy Cross School, families seeking financial assistance should complete the online FACTS financial aid application. Important: The online application must be completed after you have submitted your Application for Admission. A $30 fee is charged per application.
Step 4. Schedule your child(ren)’s “Shadow Day” and assessment. Students applying for grades 1 through 12 will spend the day visiting our campus and will also be assessed at the end of the visitation day. An application will need to be on file in order for a student to participate in a “Shadow Day.” The Director of Enrollment will contact you to schedule your visit.
Students applying for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten: The Director of Enrollment will contact you to schedule your assessment date.
Step 5. Following review by the Admissions Committee, parents will be notified in writing of the school’s decision.
